I've lived in the North Austin area for 14 years owning homes in both the Round Rock and Liberty Hill areas. I have experience building my custom home acting as the general contractor for the project, which has given me a good idea of what good and bad practices and materials are for residential home construction. In addition, I have experience with both the Leander and Liberty Hill school systems along with experience with private schools in this area.
