She served as the general contractor during the construction of her own custom home, which gave her practical expertise in residential building practices, construction quality, and what to look for during inspections — insight most agents simply do not have. That hands-on experience is especially valuable for clients buying new construction or building custom.
She is deeply familiar with the Leander and Liberty Hill school systems, as well as area private schools — invaluable knowledge for families relocating to the Austin area.
Terese immigrated from Vietnam in 1993. Having achieved the dream of homeownership herself, she understands on a personal level what it means to find the right home. In her spare time, she enjoys watercolor painting, travel, baking sourdough, and being with family. Life is short — she believes in making the most of it.
